Joe is a dedicated and experienced physical therapist with a strong passion for helping individuals return to the activities they love. With multiple years of clinical experience, he is certified in Functional Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), allowing him to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation.
Joe works with patients of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on athletes, individuals recovering from joint replacements, and those dealing with everyday aches and pains. His treatment philosophy emphasizes personalized care, movement quality, and long-term recovery, ensuring each patient feels supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside the clinic, Joe remains highly active and deeply connected to the world of sports and fitness. He regularly participates in weightlifting and general exercise, and he also coaches volleyball, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. His athletic background includes playing football, volleyball, and track and field in high school, followed by continuing his football career at the collegiate level. This firsthand experience gives him a unique understanding of the physical and mental demands of sports, which he brings into his work with every patient.
